• Anyone born after January 1st, 1988 is required to by Florida State Law to have a TEMPORARY BOATING LICENSE.  The link to the license is available on our website, sent in an email and in booking text.
• Must be age 18+ to rent with a Credit/Debit Card in your name.
• Those age 14-17 are permitted to operate a jet ski. The parent or guardian is not required to be on the machine but they will be required to sign an in person waiver.
• Valid government issued photo ID and a valid credit card with your name on it is required to rent.
• Up to 2 people per jet ski.
• Max weight is 400 lbs. (The more weight you put on jet ski, the harder to maneuver.)
• Physical requirements: Must be able to swim and have the ability to lift oneself out of water in the event you fall off.
•  This is an alcohol free tour. All Florida Laws of driving under the influence to drugs and alcohol apply. Woody’s reserves the right to cancel your reservation without refund if we believe the operator and/or passenger are under the influence. 

• Those who arrive less than 15 minutes prior to their reservation will forfeit their reservation without refund as there will not be enough time to perform the safety course prior to departure.

  In the event of inclement weather we will gladly reschedule or refund, dependent on your travel needs.
